Community Level 2 – Familiar

Materials: None

How To Play: Entourage begins with participants partnering up
and playing games of Rock, Paper, Scissors. The winners of the matches
move on to play other Rock, Paper, Scissors game winners. Those players
who lose their matches become the winners’ “entourage.” The job of the
entourage is stand behind the star player and to cheer and support her
as she plays other matches. If the star player loses, then she and her
entourage become part of the winners’ entourage. The game is over when
only one player is left and the rest of the group has become the
entourage.

Plan for Success: Help
younger students model the roles and review Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Model safe movement within whatever space you have defined for the game.
Model how to cheer without being too loud.
