Ann taught Chemistry and Physical Science for grades 9-12 for nearly 20 years. She was the High School Instructional Coach at a St. Paul Charter School for 11 years. Ann is passionate about adolescent needs and creating environments where students are engaged, challenged, find joy and have their needs met. Ann has facilitated Developmental Designs workshops since 2011.
